I masturbate about 5 times a week and feel some discomfort when I urinate and just when I'm relaxing. Is this from masurbating too much?

Note: I am a healthy person, who exercises and plays baseball weekly. I have no diseases and am not sexually active besides masturbating.

hi. i'm 28 years old, well i started having sexual contact with my girfriend every 3 weeks or so, but i have trouble getting it up.
I notice that when we get intimate i cannot get erect enough for penetration.
This is my first sexual experience, I do feel kinda nervous. I notice when i am alone i am able to get erection even after masterbation. My girlfriend is very very concerned and dissappointed about this. We've been together for 8 mths now, i fear i may lose her over this. When we do talk about this i feel very nervous about this. It started about 4 years ago, a pain on my right testicule the
gradually it got to my groin, right side, and about 6 months ago
every time i'm having a ejaculation I go through brutal burning pain,
on the groin area not in the penis.The pain is there when I m not noticing it, its jst not severe but when I start noticing it its really bugged me. its really disturbing my life and my confidence,I am always in tension because of this problem.Will it effect my marriage life?do I will have a healthy marriage life?Its really disturbing my life!!!!
I did cat scan, sonograms ,urine and other tests and so far no one can
tell me what is causing this, I'm finish up anothe sesseion of
antibiotics(cipro) but I got no results at all.
To have intercourse is getting very dificult to me because of the pain
that I experience right before and during the ejaculation, even sometimes i donºt feel it at all.

Why Not? If your penis is still hard, why not keep going? if you wear a condom, itll hold the ejaculation in it right? and you can keep penetrating your partner and it would still be okay am i right? why do people stop sexual intercourse after ejaculation?

First off i aint gay or anything, but i am starting to have some hair on my shoulders and back, its not much and not long but i am sure its a matter of time.
