Sexual activity is healthy whether it is solo or with a partner. There are many health benefits including good prostate health. Low self esteem is a result of negative relationships with others and has nothing to do with masturbation. I cannot think of any negative things associated with it. Have a healthy year. Rock on!

Masturbating is good for your sexual health. However doing it too toot much could be related to a problem of self-esteem or depression. Having a healthy sexual life is always something to do with a personal balance.
