For most women, any size average or above (but not enormous) and having sufficient girth is the most important. But what is really important for a woman is a man who truly knows how to use it.....and that's rare, unfortunately.

Probably the looks because a 5-6 inch penis is going to feel a lot better in your vagina than a foot long one. In color, you really don't see it when your having sex.

Any sign of venereal disease, or too much hair on the shaft would be worse than a really small size. But, being really small, like 4 inches or less, and thinner than a tube of toothpaste, could be a barrier to future sex with the girl.

Neither size nor looks matter in the slightest. I mean, really, who's looking at it? What matters is that a man is a considerate lover, wanting to please his woman and not just get off himself. Size, color, etc are all completely unimportant.
