The feeling is more intense for uncut. However the risk of penis cancer is bigger for them. Circumcision is compulsory for Jews and Muslims, till not long ago it was prohibited for Catholics. Countries like the USA consider it normal practice for a new born.

I am, and most girls say it's better for oral. I think it looks better and so do girls I've been with. One big plus - less risk of HIV and STD's (even marginal is better than nothing) and much easier to clean. Alot of girls I've been with say foreskin looks like a wierd kind of hood.
