Went to the doc to get the "every two years" physical done, and it seems like the quality of care has really gone downhill. Essentially the doc didn't do anything.
Nurse weighed, did blood pressure and pulse. Doc spent about 10 minutes talking about family history, how I was feeling, etc. but never did any type of exam. I asked him about it, and he said that this was the way that physicals were going these days.
Granted, I'm a healthy upper-20's aged guy, so I don't expect anything major done... but even the cheap-o work ones listen to my heartbeat and make me take a deep breath.
So my question is this: is this the way that things are going now? Or is it time to look for a new doc?
