Gynaecomastia typically occurs in males during teenage when the hormone levels fluctuate - for men that is. Ejaculation will not cause it. In fact ejaculation can start retarding it, as, if you are sexually active, you only make the testis to work more which increases the testosterone levels. Increase of testosterone will gradually lessen gynaecomastia to the point of losing it. Rise in female (oestrogen) hormones in males during teenage is normal, it will fall back during course of time. Not to worry.

gynaecomastia is a hormonal condition where men grow breasts that are similar to female breasts, the condition may also be caused by some prescription drugs.
If you have this condition you should see your GP or family doctor for some blood tests and perhaps a consultation with an endocrinologist. If you are taking prescription drugs then these should be reviewed.
One thing is certain ejaculation does not cause gynaecomastia. So ejaculate as much as you want.

Gynecomastia.
I never had it and I was an oversexed little dude.
Too much milk may cause it, or eating too many fast food burgers.
They say the hormones added to milk and beef can cause big t*ts in men.
You don't say how old you are but it may be "baby fat" that will decrease as you grow.
Eat lots of fruit, whole grain and chicken for awhile and see if it helps.
They put a lot of junk into fast food and dairy products these days.

The word is gyencomastia, growth of breasts in men and it is caused by a high level of female sex hormone oestrogen (yes, men also have a small amount of oestrogen in their blood). So, thinking about women and ejaculating doesn't cause gynecomastia.
