Don't sweat much and swell even after showering! I use body wash and antibacterial soap. I also have a gerat antipersperant/deodorant

I've been recommended these products (and if you have more suggestions please give them):
magnesium
zinc
acidophilus
chlorophyll

Here are my questions:
Do those products work?
Is chlorophyll the same as vitamin K?
I couldn't find chlorophyll or V. K. at Rite-Aid, so where can I buy it?
Can I overdose? How much should I take?
Any more info. I should know what taking those products?

THANKS! If I stop smelling I can actually start making the most of my life. you guys are lifesavers!

You MUST stop using anti-bacterial soap in order to control body odor. Nothing else will help much as long as you continue to use anti-bacterial soap! It is a sure way to make yourself stink. If you stop using this crap you might not need anything else.

All the rest of the suggestions that you have received are good ones, but chlorophyll is the top pick. It is impossible to overdose on chlorophyll -- it's the stuff that makes green veggies green. It is not the same as Vitamin K, which has nothing to do with body odor, as far as I know.

Rite Aid is not a place to look for these sorts of supplements. You need to find a health food store such as GNC or possibly a health-consicous supermarket such as Whole Foods. You can order at GNC's online store: http://www.gnc.com/search/index.jsp?kwCatId=&kw=chlorophyll&origkw=chlorophyll&sr=1 and lots of other places as well. Chlorophyll will not make your skin turn green.

Zinc should be taken in moderate quantities -- not more than about 25 mg a day. Taken alone it can upset your stomach, so look for a multiple vitamin that has some zinc in it, and that's probably enough. You can get yogurt anywhere, and that is a reasonable substitute for acidophilous. Magnesium is poorly absorbed from supplements--eat a good-sized portion of leafy green veggies instead, as they are a good source of magnesium and will add a bit to your chlorophyll intake as well..

Chlorophyll is similar to what is in Body Mints(tm). I believe you can follow the direction on the bottle and that should help. It is not vitamin K. Probably the main thing to do is to wear clothing that help your skin to remain cool and the material to be breathable. Sometimes clothing picks up scents and normal wash does not remove the latent bacteria that festers in the material. Do some light soaking for about 30 minutes is a capful of Simple Green(tm) mixed in a gallon of water. Also, if you wash your clothing in the hotest water setting (take care what the fabic folks say) that it can handle, that helps to eliminate the bacteria.

Back to the body producing scent... avoid oily and fat ladened foods. Eat yogurt which is high in potassium and magnesium along with extremely helpful beneficial bacteria to help combat unpleasant odor. Brush your teeth regularly and in time your scent will change/improve. I hope this helped.

Firstly, have you asked any friends if they can smell your odor, as you may be imagining it. I cant believe anyone using all those products would still smell. If you do, then perhaps it's what you're eating, or your dental health may need attention. Please see your GP for a check up, and get an unbiased opinion. I dont think you have an odor problem, so much as a self esteem problem. Good luck.
