Suppose I smoked on average 1 pack per day between the ages of 14 and 19, is there any way to tell how this affected my height ? How much has this decreased it ?

Please provide links to read if possible.

Is there any way to grow taller after 20, I now don't smoke or drink and have very healthy diet and lifestyle etc...

Won't affect physical growth

smoked since i was 16 and im 6ft 4" tall


tryin to give up grrr lol. dont think youl grow anymore with out going under the knife

There is no relation between smoking and increase in height.But it may shorten your life.

there is no real way of telling. i guess you are screwed and you going to stay that height. you should of listen and not smoked...
