When I am at work and I have been moving around for a while I start to have trouble pronouncing words clearly. This is becoming a problem as I work in an environment where you must be social. What could be causing this and what is a solution.

Hi.Are you taking any medication that causes drowsiness or are you just tied from not having enough sleep at night.Are you normally comfortable socializing at work or does it make you anxious..Have you seen your local doctor recently for a checkup .There maybe something else causing your problem and i think it would be best to find out .That's what i would do . Hope this helps.

Try to exercise or get more sleep...it really helps with the tiredness. If this doesn't help, you might want to check out some medications that help with social anxiety

If you are not tired, and aren't drinking alcohol, you better see a doctor right away. Provided you aren't working with radioactive material or gases

Oh my god.Exact thing happens to me when i am angry.What i hate the most is i can't speak well to explain it to people.From the looks of people i realize that i don't make sense.
