people should shower daily... It's understandable if you are sick.. chances are that you will not shower until you feel better (I am talking about a physical illness, not mental btw). just common sense.

Are you asking how long you should wait before having a shower, or how long was the longest someone's been without taking a shower?
You should take showers as soon as possible. Especially if the day's activities have caused you to get dirty, or to sweat.
And I'm sure there are people who are unable to take full showers for months and years at a time, because they cannot afford the luxury of running water.

8 days...in the hospital, in ICU. They wouldn't let me. All I got were sponge baths.
Once I was in a regular room, I took a 45 minute shower. It felt wonderful.

Gross - i couldn't handle being aroud someone who didn't shower... I have at least 2 a day and my partner is pretty much the same - man - if you're with a chick you better be cleaning yourself up! that is nasty!

I went for 12 days once when I was in the military. "Wet ones" was all we had time for.
