i love soccer used to play with friends back about 2yrs ago but now cant because dont have time so today went play with friends however when i ran about 3-4times my heart bets faster and cant breath, feel tired dont want to run so whats wrong and im only 22. Any tips to improve it

I have been working out the last month or so. I have lifting a lot more with my pectorals especially. A week ago I noticed a lump had formed in my left pec, barely left of my nipple. Anyways, I am pretty sure that this lump didn’t exist before a month ago and since I stopped working out my pecs last week it has not gone away.
