You need to do a few things:

First where an undershirt, this will keep you looking fresh

Then drink lotsa water, 2-3 gallons of fluid a day

Lastly, start a work out regimen, pushups, situps, calisthenics and distance running. Work till you get to muscle failure, then take a cool shower.

Your body doesn't know what real work is!

It's true that some people sweat more than others but you can condition your body!

Hello!
I have some quick remedies to help you stop sweating.
First, you should keep your body cleaning, avoid wear old clothes, because it affects on your body odors.
Secondly: You can use some natural methods:
Drink tea made from lemon balm, peppermint leaves or fennel seeds if you sweat because of anxiety or stress. Drinking these teas before bed can help you to relax and get some rest, which will reduce your anxiety levels.

In addition, I know some good ways to help you improve your problem permanently. It's very easy to follow by natural methods. My brother tried and got success, especially, no cost to you. You can learn at: http://adola.net/go/sweatmiracle

no, it is overactive sweat glands, some people sweat more than others, even when just sitting, the armpits are always wet and it's embarrasing if you are out with friends - it is twice as bad if you are nervous right? -
