The way you describe it, you're telling us that you're too excited. Its okay, and its normal (for most men).

Here are a few suggestions. Try the kegel exercist (www.sexinfo101.com) and you might want to have more foreplay, watch out for her hotspots and NEVER ask her what she wants or like. Learn from her reactions. You might want to be more gentle on her too, this is very important).

Intervals on sexual intercourse may help too, in order to spice things up. Then you might want to remind yourself these few 'old sayings'... don't wash with cold water (NEVER) after an intercourse. Don't bathe right away after doing it. Try to have more massages and exercise.

Hope this helps and good luck.

Ok, first of all, sex does not have to be foreplay, than immediate intercourse. Have some foreplay, than stop to kiss more, talk sweet or dirty things in your wifes ear, caress your wifes body, anything to slow yourself down, Sex should be fun, slow, and your time taken. When you feel like you have subsided from cumming but are still hard, or need your wife to get you more hard from slowing down, begin foreplay again to achive this, than start intercourse again until you feel the need to expel yourself. Stop again and try something different like different types of foreplay, than intercourse again. Read up on tantric sex, its the art of sex, without immediate intercourse that can last all day up to and including intercourse when your ready for that part. Remember sex is not all about intercourse and cumming. Have fun, take your time, pull out slowly so you dont cumm so fast, than resume and try to wait for your wife to be ready to cumm, then cumm together. Its ok to laugh, tickle, kiss, fondle, make it pleasurable, not "just sex", this is the most intimate form of communication, not just an "act" so dont rush yourself, make it last for hours, make intercourse the puropse of cumming, not the whole sex act ! You can do it ! And your wife will be wild for you ! Be an attentive lover, take hours making love, exploring, not just kiss, cumm, and be done....get it ?

Try masterbating about 30mins before having intercourse with your wife. This will make you last longer.

Try to think of something else during intercourse. Think of something that is boring to you.
