If you get erections alot and dont handle business a little bit of semen can build up in the penis. Sounds like your penis is hurtin for a squirtin. It happens though no big deal as long as it doesnt hurt.

It didn't happen to me though, but from what I infer from your case and learnt in school... It means that you need to discharge your semen more.
It just simply means the "overflowing" of semen, whereby too much is stored within your body and overflows.. or something like that.
Main thing is that it should be due to that, hence you may want to discharge it through masturbating and such.
But your case is weird, in a sense that it only ejects out when you urine. Usually people eject it out during their sleep.
Maybe, I stressed MAYBE, it could be due to your urine stimulating your glans penis hence further ejaculation of semen.
Highly unlikely, but your case scenario is weird too.

nope. used to happen to me all the time. sounds like you need to jerk off once in a while and empty things out. that'll help stop the afterflow.
