I used something called formula one nutritional drink with each meal three times a day. I put on 24 pounds in four months with it. I'm 5'10" weighed 140lbs before I joined the Army and I came out 185lbs

EAT BIG BALANCED MEALS x3 a day!!! Lotsa meat, skin and all and eggs. Eat potatoes rice pasta.

Then work out, lift weights (presses, curls), inclined pushups, inclined situps (with weight on chest!), leglifts, flutter kicks, then run 2-6 miles.

Man thats definitely eating alot of meat AND going to the gym like a DESPERATE guy =) youll manage to get weight :)
