i love soccer used to play with friends back about 2yrs ago but now cant because dont have time so today went play with friends however when i ran about 3-4times my heart bets faster and cant breath, feel tired dont want to run so whats wrong and im only 22. Any tips to improve it

Why don't you work on improving your grammar and your ability to type coherently instead?

Start jogging/running(slowly increasing speed/distance). You may just be out of shape. If gradually increasing activity levels does not help, you can check with a doctor to check if you have asthma(faster heart rate/trouble breathing while exercising common symptoms of mild asthma)

Also, you may want to look into getting vitamin supplements with the exercise regimen.

You are probably just out of shape now. Two years ago, your body was used to more exercise, but that was back then!
If you get back into it now, your heart will beat faster & you'll be out of breath, but your body will get used to it again. This is normal. Enjoy the soccer!

you're getting unfit. Cause can include unhealthy food, lack of sleep, lack of exercise and many other factors. Best way to solve this to get back in shape by exercising more often. If it's still a problem, visit the doctor as you could have some problems with your heart.

Get fit, you are out of condition. Do you do any other form of exercise?

Also look at your diet and lifestyle - do you smoke or drink a lot?

you might have asthma without even knowing it ! i think you should go to a doctor because any chronicle disease like that it's like cancer.. it kills you every day a little..
i hope what i've said it's not real and you're healthy..
