Not "intentionally." Usually, I use it prior to intercourse, but have discovered that when I take it, say, 6 PM, have sex within an hour or so, that if I choose to enjoy some masturbation at the computer early the next morning (6 AM), the drug is still active in my body, and the erections I enjoy are definitely "above average" quality.
Yes, it works the "same way."
You don't have to do anything special.
Occasionally, I'll take the Viagra, and then my wife and I will opt for a shared masturbation instead of intercourse - just for a change of pace - and man, do you have a nice "showpiece." I mean, I've always been able to produce a fine erection when I masturbate; the Viagra is more for "insurance" and staying power for intercourse, but I must admit that it helps produce a very handsome erection.

Well
A very good, eye-opening site about this problem is: http://memoryloss.toptips.org
Memory loss may be due to many conditions such as small strokes in the brain, diabetes, high blood pressure, nutritional deficiencies, reactions to medications and alcoholism. The symtoms of more severe forms of Dementia / Alzheimer are mainly: poor judgement, poor decision making, masplacing things, difficulty having a conversation, losing track of dates, etc. If you notice any of these signs visit your doctor.
Hope it helps.

Eating lots of leafy greens, whole grains, oysters, watermelon, and blueberries (most any fruit will work, really) will help you give your body all that it needs to improve the quality of your erections, while cutting out processed foods, cigarettes and alcohol will provide further benefits. Add in a healthy dose of exercise at least three times per week, and you’re well on your way to better sexual health!

Yes, it works the same way and you don't do anything special. It does make your d*** feel much harder in your hand and maybe a little more difficult to have c**. That's about a $10 j/o.
