well i am currently 15 years old 5 feet 8. really skinny waist is 28 and in general i am 120 pounds. by april i have to be roughly 140-150 because rugby sean will start and the coah told me i have to pack on atleast that much weight if i want playing time. he said it is possible to pack on atleast 20 pounds easily by april with suppliments. i went to GNC after doing my research and decided to buy some protein powder some glutmine, and some creatine. also sum vitamins. i just dont know if i can put on that much muscle with just these products. there was a recomendation to me about using prohormones i did my research and found out it provides testosterone to your body. that is unnatural and it has sideeffects. how can i actually put on that muscle in that time frame any1?
and any know how safe this prohormones thing is cause i never really understood it. my frend used it and siad wow he is 6 feet 2 200 pounds cause of it and recomnded me but well he is 22 years old.

I've just started weight lifting. I worked on my biceps and abs. It's been a few days and they still hurt a bit but not as bad as they did the day after and the day after that.

Is this ok? Will it keep hurting after future lifting?

Well...I've had this sore on my penis for about a month now. It appeared out of nowhere..I was sexually active about 2 months before the sore showed up.
It's a small pain free sore, and it feels like there is something under the skin in the sore, like scar tissue, or a hair.
I dunno if it's an ingrown hair or what, but I'm Pretty positive it isn't an STD, for my partner and I were both virgins.
Any advice for me?

My friends psa was something like 4.9 and his MD reccomended he get a re check in 1 year. He basically dribbles when he goes to the bathroom and only voids about 50 ml at a time. He is 54 yrs old and over weight.
What affects the PSA other than prostate cancer. Could it be because he drinks way too much, or smokes. I think his peter is getting ready to pooper out.

does it start to smell? Reason i ask, before I started to grooming which was two weeks ago, it did kind of smell a little weird becuase of all the hair surrounding it. Now that it is groomed (and I do bathe on a daily basis) it doesn't smell anymore. However, I heard that once it is groomed it will start to sweat and them smell. I haven't had a problem with his as of yet. I didn't shave the whole area. (guys and girls can respond).

if a cat lands on its feet,allways and toast with jam on it allways lands jam side down if you drop it, what happens if you put jam on a cats back and drop the cat will it land on its feet or will the power of the jam make it land on its back, and does it also make a difference if the cat is toasted.
