Unknown sore on my penis.?

Question

Well...I've had this sore on my penis for about a month now. It appeared out of nowhere..I was sexually active about 2 months before the sore showed up.
It's a small pain free sore, and it feels like there is something under the skin in the sore, like scar tissue, or a hair.
I dunno if it's an ingrown hair or what, but I'm Pretty positive it isn't an STD, for my partner and I were both virgins.
Any advice for me?
