You really don't need any of that stuff except for the multi-vitamin. Forget the creatine you don't need it, it will only make your game worse. Protein is ok, but at your weight I wouldn't recommend any more then 20 grams of protein per serving, and you should only have 1 serving per day. The rest of your protein should come from meats in your diet. Glutamine is for muscle recovery. Are you currently lifting weights? If not then don't bother with Glutamine. Now, listen very carefully to this. FORGET THE EXTRA TESTOSTERONE. You have plenty at your age, and the extra testosterone will not help you in anyway. You'll just be wasting your money. Testosterone supplements are for people around 35 and up. Since the body start slowing production of testosterone around that age. Oh, and stop going to GNC their crap is over priced, and their sales people don't know anything about supplements.

You don't desire to take an urge for food complement even as you're pregnant. Your frame is calling for what it demands to have a healthful being pregnant and commonly we simply do not pay attention to precisely what it's pronouncing. If you can not get complete, you're most likely consuming the mistaken meals, and I do not imply junk meals and so forth. I simply imply that possibly you've a yearning for sugar, however what your frame relatively demands is protein. Always to to devour whatever healthful, low in sugar and top in protein 1st (even a tumbler of Ovaltine and or protein bar) then in the event you nonetheless desire the opposite stuff an hour later have it. The moment primary factor you'll do is activity!! Not simplest does it decrease your urge for food, however it'll additionally hold your weight in verify, make your supply less complicated and support you to get again on your prepregnancy form (or greater) faster! Good Luck at some point!!
