Registered Nurse here; Sounds as if you irritated the shaft of your penis. Observe the swollen area, if it increases in size you could have a hematoma (bleeding beneath the skin due to trauma). If you have difficulty urinating, you should seek the advice of your doctor, also if swelling increases, or if your urine becomes cloudy, or bloody. Again you should immediately seek medical care, should any of the symptoms above increase or occur.

It sounds like you just may have gotten a little to "vigorous" during your last auto-amorous session, buddy. The excessive twisting and jerking motion can bend the penis in ways it wasn't meant to go - this can also happen during sex, particularly if you have a natural curve to your penis. But if it doesn't hurt, you're probably OK. Sever cases (called penile fractures) would cause you A LOT of pain. You probably just need to take it easy for a few days and lay off the member, but if you do notice anything out of the ordinary (i.e. pain, difficulty urinating, blood in your urine) you need to head to your doctor ASAP. Hope that helps

It's probably a burst capillary. It will go away. Give it 2 whole days and if it's still there, then go to the doctor.
Take it easy on yourself. You are not invincible and your penis is not indestructable.

It's probably nothing, just caused by friction as a previous answer said. If it's not gone by new years then get an appointment with your doctor. But if it has only just suddenly appeared then it is probaby nothing.
