When you're active and your junk shrinks it's a sign that your blood flow around your body shifted to support other functions considered more important than sex. One way to get around this is to wear slightly more comfortable under-support, and a good way to see how your johnson reacts is by depriving it of sex for at least two weeks (yes, we know it's a challenge) and seeing what happens to it. Another good way of improving circulation is sleeping in the buff and not wearing restrictive underwear.

Penis shrinkage is usually not a consequence of hormone problems. Typically, it's from weight gain and the penis is actually the same size. Flaccid penis size is not a treatable condition.

Try a different kind of underwear, or wear a cup during exercise.
