I'm once again trying to commit myself to doing kegels. One challenge I find with them is that while I can easily tighten the required muscles, I find it almost impossible to do without also tightening my abdominal muscles. Not a good habit - for one thing, some applications of kegels call for relaxed deep breathing at the same time.

Has anyone else had this issue and found any good tips for working past it?

I've been seeing this bloke since March this year. We still haven't had sex. He drinks quite a bit but doesn't get violent. When we're in bed he can't get an erection and though i try everything, and i mean everything. He still can't get hard. I know drinking can cause a problem with this but even when he's sober he finds it a problem. Is it something i'm doing wrong guys

I am 24, Moscow. When I try to have sex i think that my penis will not come up, and it does not...although I am healthy and have erection every morning...

But why I am having these probs?

Example: I invited a girl to my house, we were kissing and everything and I had it up, but when she took her clothes off, my penis went down coz I was thinking about "what if it will not come up"...

How many of you guys, GUY ONLY have taken a long trip and taken a seperate container just as a piss bottle? Should I just pull over? I am just worried that there may be some places that I just don't want to get out and do my business. i've been smoking regularly once a day then dropped it to every once in a while. is that alright? i know there is 1/4 chances that i will come from smoking with an illness. i'm fine with that, i'm not looking for knockers or life stories or what has happened to loves ones. i just wanna know what your think about the idea of ppl smoking when ever. such as smoking when only drinking. something like that. do find that as a bad thing? is it okay?
