No. All those pumps and creams produce only temporary results. And as I understand, trying to use a pump to pull and stretch the penis can result in broken blood vessels, which can make things worse. And forget penis implants. I've also read that those usually in up with bad results (impotence for example). Unlike breasts, there is no sure way to make a penis bigger.
Wait, i take that back. Those tribesmen in African, the South Pacific use gourds and stuff to wrap around the penis and their junk gets pretty long (sort of like those neck-stretching tribes). But you have to start at birth and I'm guessing it's too late for you.

No. And surgery will not either. The surgery involve removes the extra skin at the base of the penis which provides the "appearance" of a larger penis. It dos not make it bigger. You are stuck with what your DNA has provided.

Not that I am aware of. they say that they will. I think that the only real way to do it is to have fat injected in there but then that will only last for a short time
