I'm once again trying to commit myself to doing kegels. One challenge I find with them is that while I can easily tighten the required muscles, I find it almost impossible to do without also tightening my abdominal muscles. Not a good habit - for one thing, some applications of kegels call for relaxed deep breathing at the same time.

Has anyone else had this issue and found any good tips for working past it?

Thanks.

Grab your pen!s in an OK grip just below the head then stretch it upward toward your belly button. When you kegal, you should feel a downward pull. This can help you target the BC muscles and also provides resistance for a better workout.
