Is there anything I can do? Are there any mens products that can help? I shave against the grain just to get the closest possible shave. It is as though some hairs are growing from under the skin that I can not reach with a razor. Any ideas anyone???

If you really do shave against the grain, try a different razor. Maybe the one you are using doesn't work well with your skin. Make sure you change the blades frequently, to keep them sharp. Also try shaving in the shower with the water on hot. this will open up your pores and make it easier to get those stubborn low hairs. It is best if you can almost see the steam coming up around your face. Or try taking an electric shaver to work, and hitting up the bathroom when your hair starts to show. You never know, you could just be like me and grow your facial hair becuas eyou are tired of having to shave 3 times a day!

consistent with threat bathe first, then shave so the nice and snug water softens the hair. Use shaving cream and new razor blade. Or attempt Nair, it smells although, yet digs right down to the roots. consistent with threat attempt Nair at night in the previous you pass to mattress so via morning the scent is long gone, or supply it a attempt on the weekend? If that would not paintings...why no longer improve it out and characteristic a nicely trimmed beard? Heck, some men seem extra helpful with a beard! wish you the terrific there.

Never use an electric razor. They are worthless for close shaves.
Never shave "against the grain". I thought everyone knew that.

Get one of the newest 5-bladed razors. I have been using one now for about 4 months and get great results....very smooth.

This used to happen to me. You need to change the razor or blades you are using. Go for a different brand, a high end brand. If that doesnt help, keep a electric razor in your car, get in to car lunch time and shave using the car mirror. That MUST help a bit!

If nothing seems to work, how about growing a trendy beard??

not much you can do about that. what kind of razor are you using? Mach 3 is pretty good, I used to use that, but now I use a Norelco electric shaver, it's a lot easier and without cutting myself. I just have to shave a couple of times a day because it's not as close a shave as the Mach 3.
