when i run on the treadmill, i can't run very long because i get a stitch in my side. my legs don't tire, my breathing isn't difficult, my stamina is okay, it's just that stitch in my side that gets progressively painful till i have to stop. what do you think i'm doing wrong, and how can i fix it?
