Masturbation will increase your testosterone level to some degree. But this increase will be insignificant compared to the increase in testosterone you will get from exercise.

Here is the reference where I found this information:

"All other things being equal, increased sexual activity -- including masturbation -- tends to increase testosterone levels. But these levels depend upon many factors including age, time of day, overall level of physical activity, and general health.
....
If you are a young male AND working out, your testosterone level is likely to be so high that any difference masturbation (or other sexual activity) might make will be insignificant. "

It is true. When a man masturbates testosterone is released. Alot of people feel tired after masturbating. Boxers are recommended not to masturbated at least 3 days before their next fight so their testosterone level is built up.

It is actually supposed to increase it. This stems from a study done to decide whether or not athletes should abstain from sex prior to big games.

(No effect on prostate cancer though)
