No, definitely not sick unless you've just had a drastic weight loss. My husband is 26, just shy of 6 ft. and weighs 140. He is slim for most guys that height but is completely toned and muscley. Very lean and sexy.

5 ft 6 and 120 pounds. That is perfect in my book.
