I think I was 12. You can expect it just about the time you start getting pubic hair and your dick and balls start to increase in size. The first ejaculation will probably be more clear than milk colored. If you have gone through puberty (have a mature sized penis and pubic hair) you should have started ejaculating (while masturbating and/or having nocturnal emissions ("wet dreams"). There is something called a "retrograde ejaculation" (did I get that right?) where the semen goes in a different direction so see a doc if you think something is wrong.
