what's good for waking up in the morning?

Do some push ups and jumping jacks. Nothing like some cardio & exercise to get the heart pumping, the muscles moving, and the brain flowing.

Eat a balanced breakfast. It must have some carbs, some proteins, and maybe a tiny bit of fat. Nobody eats a balanced breakfast any more - it's always a pop tart or a granola bar or something. Take the time, try it for a week, and see how it makes you feel.

Jacking off always worked for me! I'm serious! Nice way to start the day and if I had "morning wood" it made my dick shrink down afterwards so I could pee!

I drag off the bed scratch, my balls, piss with my eyes still closed, bounce into other family members hoping to piss them off, put on my American Idiot album really loud, take a bath and WALLA, That does it for me. P.S remember to scratch the balls dude!
