First off, get a hair gel with sunscreen, the sun can really cause dandruff. Next shampoo with two different dandruff shampoo brands alternating between different active ingredients between bottles. The active ingredients become less effective over time.

eg: First use Head & Shoulders (selinium sulfide I think)

When that bottle is done, then switch to T-Gel (different active ingredient)

Then switch back to Head & Shoulders

That should keep it under control.

this is wat you do. Use hair oil. dont scratch your hair. if you gel your hair, try not to overuse it.

Apply the oil(once every week or so) and wash your hair with Head n'Shoulders everyday, preferably in cold water(as cold as you can). massage the shampoo into your hair for about a minute or so and use a comb. i have been doing this for about a month and i am dandruff free.

Spurlge on a nice shampoo and conditioner. Don't gel your hair or use spray or muesse for a week or two. Relax, its very common.
