when i run on the treadmill, i can't run very long because i get a stitch in my side. my legs don't tire, my breathing isn't difficult, my stamina is okay, it's just that stitch in my side that gets progressively painful till i have to stop. what do you think i'm doing wrong, and how can i fix it? I'm 23 years old, not in great shape, 5'8" and about 65 kilos, or 145 lbs.

i had the same problem a pain under your rib, you are hitting the treadmill too hard and fast start out slower for a few weeks and slowly increase your speed when you get more physically fit you will speed up in time without any pain
