It has actually cost me a relatioship in the past. My past girlfriends and lovers all telll me that it is too painful to have sex with me, on account of the size. Is there anything that can be done. And if anybody says 'find loose women' I swear god will punish you.

i have had this problem since i was a kid and also really big flat nipples. it causes me mental anguish to no end and im constantly suicidal becuase of my appearance. besides that problem im a good looking guy but people do notice and occasionly make comment and i can never wear a t shirt etc what can be done? im desperate. and this is a serious question. please help me. i was thinking plastic surgery but that wuold prob cost like over $10,000 and i cant afford that but i need to do something

my b/f and I live together. within the last few months sex has become a chore for him. he says he just doesn't think about it because it's just not on his mind. says he just has no sex drive because he's getting older (he's 32). yet I do find that he masturbates although he says he doesn't even do that very often.
