I would like to increase my jumping ability. What are some exercises that I could do to accomplish this?

Are there any equipment that you have used that has dramatically increased your leaping ability?

You should incorporate plyometric training into your workouts. The subject is too big to explain here. As far as equipment, bands are great to assist in improving your vertical jump.

Build your calfs. Go to steps, and stand only on one foot - without your heel being on the step, and go up and down on your tippy toes - get those shoes that build your calfs, or there are calf building machines at any gym.

Also just practice jumping.

ankle weights, squat jumps, lunge jumps, i have played football for the past 4 years and we do all this **** in practice because football is mostly all leg stregnth.. also try running up large hills, stairs. that kind of stuff
