I have to go to the lab for my "Semen Analyses", how do I pass it out while being in the lab. ?

The lab's requirement is that they need semen not latter than 20 minutes from the time it passes out. This is my very first experience.

I think the lab assistant know where he is going to get the right u-tube where you will have to masturbate inside.
