Lol - your first answerer said 'self-masturbation'. That's like a round wheel, I guess.
There really is no exercise. But google jelqing. Kinda funny. What people will do for something that will never really change. The only way you can really change is phalloplasty, but who are you going to impress? It's all about accepting yourself for what you truly are.

Check with a Dr that there is no underlying problem. Tell your partner that you are experiencing difficulties, being honest will stop excess pressure from your partner and will allow them to realise that you havent lost feelings for them. Relax, added stress in this area doesnt help. Wild for men available in health food stores and supermarkets is said to be beneficial. Remember it happens to all men at some time in their lives.

There's an exercise you can do called jelking.
I don't know the particulars, but apparently it works. Google it some time...

First thing is, I did not really find your question as a question but an information.... :) I do like not to masturbate often, it relax your mind and perhaps even see a more clear prospective in life. I do believe that what makes your penis erect most often because either: 1. You are mostly stimulated with erotic images, even you are not watching them, they are in your mind. 2. Your broke up with your last GF (that I believed you have most always every day having sex) makes you long for sex, that there seems a time that you would go for who might ever be their. 3. You are craving for sex 4. You have tensions that you only figure out that having sex is the answer. Nevertheless, I believed you are a reader, and by reading many things pop - up suggesting many things. But for me, if you are focusing on something else, not only with bodily pleasure and stimulation, you might prevent happening it on you.

1) Yoga. The more relaxed you are, the more quickly vasodilatory tissue responds.
2) Good, weight-bearing cardio. Improve your circulation and get cholesterol out of your system.
3) Eat plenty of whole grains....cholesterol again.
4) Eat plenty of apples and whole nuts (walnuts, peanuts, cashews, pecans, etc.) because they contain boron, a mineral proven to stimulate testosterone production.

I swear that self masturbation or with a partner will not only help but it'll also extend your penis over time.

Become comfortable with your self. Don't worry what people who live outside your skin think. If they don't like your size then they are shallow and you don't need them.
