three months ago, my husband was unable to get up the bed the usual way because it was hindered by his recurring back.He was diagnosed with mild scoliosis and til now was given a self therapy for his back and just a week ago it became worst and he was unable to move and his back aches worst he said.He was driving a motorcycle which i think made it worst. He has cold hands and feet but not lost sensation on the lower part of his body which accdg to drs spinal is ruled out already.

One of those odd questions that comes to you at 2am... I know the vague physiological basis for it, but... why would such a bizarre thing happen only while sleeping and not at any other time? Or at all?

The idea just wierds me out.

My husband is 71 and urinates anywhere from 12-17 times a night. Urination during the day is more normal. He is somewhat obese, if that might be a factor. The doctor checked his prostate and said it is okay and didn't have any other answers. Does anyone have any idea what this might be and what he can do about it?
