It seems you lose testosterone when you gain weight, so it may not work, if you are not already overweight, but obesity is the most important factor in total testosterone over time, with levels 25% lower in obese men when compared to their nonobese counterparts.

I don't know your situation, so I don't know if this helps. I believe there is no 'testosterone' food that changes the levels of testosterone.
