Do you have normal puberty? Do you have hair growth in armpits and has your voice changed?
If not, you have delayed puberty and in this case you need to go to the doctor and he will prescribe hormonal therapy. The earlier it's done, the more chances you have to have a bigger penis.
Also, even if you have normal puberty, if you go to the doctor (and a good doctor) soon, he may prescribe growth hormone and testosterone, which will induce greater pernis growth.
If hormonal therapy is started to late, the results will only be subtle, so hurry up.

don't makei t a big deal my mom is a doc and my broth had that same question he grow i herd it beause he todo my mom now e much beter beacuse his was only 3 inches and when he put his pants on it looked like he was a girl he was only 16 not hes18 and now he does not tell nought like it to my mom
