Im 13 years old,im athletic.I weigh 120 pounds.how much shud i be able to bench press?

Honestly your strength level won't peak until your 30's, so don't worry about what you can do now. You should focus on a whole body workout using body weight, barbell and dumbbells. If you only workout on the bench you will not develop balanced strength and increase your chance for injury.

Have you seen this 13 year old cousin bench press 250, at 92 lbs, if so, I want a video to show the national news.

hello im 14 and i bench press and im a guy and i can bench a little over 110 it has nothing to do with your weight as long as you arnt really small or really big i think that how much you lifting is perfect for you there some griles at my shcool that cant do that

13 year olds should primarily focus on cardiovascular activities--since weight lifting has been scientifically proven to stunt growth at such a young age...

furthermore, many youngsters dont have the proper training or the right form to lift correctly--and may actually injure themselves

plus, bench pressing depends on your body type--whether you are lanky or compact can allow you to bench less or more, etc

MY 13 YEAR OLD COUSIN WEIGHS 92 AND HE BENCH PRESSES ABOUT 250!!!!!! HE IS IN FOOTBALL!!!!

i think its 1.5 times ur body weight, so between 180 and 200
