Why do get all dizzy and feel like throwing up after i smoke a ciggarete?

i get scared when i see a policeman?

hya, i have been mugged several times in the past involving gun. i did get over it but recently wen i saw policeman, i started to shake andget very scared. i dont know why because i aint done nothing wrong. i got a job @the airport but had to stop because thers were too many policemen. it makes me feel very suspicious and embarassed wen i walked through them. please is this normal?

I am a Male that is 5 feet 9.5 inches tall and weigh about 178 pounds, am i over weight?

5'9 - 5'10 Male 178 pounds, over weight? What do you guys think, do i need to lose some pounds if so how much? I wear clothing in size from medium to large but never XL.
