How does one grow the hair on his scrotum longer?

I don't shave, but it just won't get any longer. Is there a way to accomplish this? I don't want more hairs, just longer hairs.

Why would you like it longer?
All I know is I love it when my man has shorter pubic hair or no hair at all in that area.
