Whenever your body craves a certain food, it is because you are lacking some vitamin or nutrient. You are probably needing more calcium in your diet. Be sure to couple that with Vitamin D as your calcium cannot be absorbed without Vitamin D.

Well I don't know how old you are but when I have or am about to have my period I crave milk in some form but it is usually either chocolate milk or a milkshake. That could be your reason too. If you do have periods try to remember if you start somewhere near the times you are having these cravings.
