I sometimes do that (and I am an adult!). It is usually when I am not feeling confident or don't want to be bugged by hawkers selling cr*p on the streets.

b/c their hair is so long it hangs in front of their eyes. If they don't look down they can't see where they are going....Observe the next one you see.

SOME THINK THEY ARE TO TALL. OTHERS HAVE LOW SELF ESTEEM. TALL IS GOOD. REINFORCE IT TO THE TEEN OR BUILD THERE ESTEEM, ELLEN
