my little sister got her ears pierced months ago and now i see there was some crust and a little pussy ball on the back of one of them. is it infected? we stopped cleaning it like a month ago cuz they said only clean it for 4 weeks but now she has this. what should i do?

For over a week my nose has been congested. At first I thought it was a cold so I took cold medicine then I thought it was sinuses so I took sinus/allergie medicine. The problem is still going on after a week. My nose has been bloody the entire time and somewhat with snot. It gets really crusty from all the blood and makes it sore. I have cleaned my nose out and still keep getting the same result. What could be the problem???
