Ok here goes.... I cant sleep wake up in the wee mornings hearts pounding blood sugar in the 100 range. Mind is racing I am thinking about everything. Sometimes cold or I have the hot clamy feeling. I shake cause I am cold. When Im hot I go outside. If is not any of these diseases could it be the meds I am taking? Glipizide xl, Metformin,Lisnopril,Metoclopramide,Lorazepam, Help me Please if u can...

I need an epi-pen with me at all times in case of stings by wasps and bees. Last time I was stung having been given one of these things there was some confusion as to when they should be used. The emergency doctor was asking me!!!

Should the epi-pen be used only once shock symptoms start, or immediately I have been stung before symptoms set in? I ask this because near my house is a wasps nest and I have had some very near misses with them and have just received new epi-pens as old ones were past the best before date....
Help please, this is urgent! Thanks.
