Anxiety will cause the sleep issues, heart racing, sweats etc. For that, you should get Dr. Burns' book: http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?z=y&EAN=9780060577100
For the cold, clammy, shaking stuff, I would say that you're a victim of "polypharmacy", poor health, or a combination of the two. Read more about that here:

The reading I've done on this would seem to indicate that your doctor is less interested in a cure than getting you in and out of his office as quickly as possible. There are many alternatives to those things you're taking. I've never had gastroparesis or menopause, but the reading I've done would indicate the best option for you would be to improve your health through diet and exercise. There is a wealth of helpful info pertaining to your issues here:

Dr. Burns saved me from certain death due to depression with his book, "The Feeling Good Handbook". Dr. McDougall would have kept me from getting diabetes if I would have listened to him. Now, I manage very well. The only drug I'm taking is the minimum dosage of Metformin, eating right, have my weight down, and blood sugar is nearly perfect.
I'm not even going to speculate on the drug interactions other than to say, "That's too many and it scares me".

You need to check with your doctor night sweats are a sign of something else. Especially if your sugar is under control. Go get it checked out if it has been going on for more than two weeks.
If you are going through menopause it can just be your hormones but they have meds that can help with that or a healthy alternative. It would be best to talk to your physician.

All the medication that you named, I suggest you type in one name at a time in the google or yahoo search engine and get loads of information about these. They may be bad. Dont get hooked on medicine.
Also please do yoga exercise and deep breathing to cool down and relax and ease the stress. Buy a yoga exercise disc and play it at home and do the simple breathing and other exercises. Deep breathing is very important. If you cant sleep at nite, check your eyes may be dry, so put a few simple eye drops like tear plus and that will moist the eyes and you will sleep. Try not to sleep in the afternoon so that u can sleep well at nite. Take milk and milk products and calcium if you at the menopause stage, or else bones will get brittle. Also exercise helps alot, please walk cycle or what ever and also do some light weight bearing exercise at home. Buy yourself a couple of 2kg each dumbells and do some simple exercise at home. All the best, cheer up and god bless you. Hope you will be happy and healthy soon.

You should discuss these problems with your doctor. He might have to readjust some of your dosages, or change some of your medicines. He is the only one who is qualified to tell you what you need to do. I am a diabetic and had to have some changes made.

Too much Glipizide will cause low blood/sugar (sweats-shakes-heart pounding). Take Glipizide early in the day and not after dinner.
