It would be nice if it was inexpensive and easy, as well. Any chance?

What is a good simple hobby/craft/whatever I can do while i'm bored at work?

I'm looking for something where I won't have to bring a lot of tools with me, yet something productive. I've thought about braiding hemp bracelets and misc., or beading string or something menial but time consuming like that. I don't know, something easy. Also it can't be anything dirty, because there will be times i'll have to just put it down and work. Maybe knitting or someting with sewing? I really don't know what's out there. Chainmail? LOL

I recently found a few vintage appliques. Mostly florals embroidered on muslin. I want to attach one to a shirt, but I'm not sure how to go about it--all the sew on appliques I've seen are already trimmed.

I make ornaments and decorate real egg shells and need rhinestone chain. I am tired of paying $10 a yard when I know it wholesales for only $2.98 from Swarovski. Does anybody have the contact for buying this wholesale? Even if it is an off brand that is fine too. Must be wholesale and not retail pricing as I will only pay $3 yard.
Thanks much!

I have what I consider a unique hobby. I cut and paste from catalogs items that represent past memories and special people in my life. Since the catalogs are free, I have little cost for his hobby, but it can occupy many hours every week.

What do you do for a hobby that is really unusual, unique, maybe ever a bit odd. But please stay real. If it's not something you don't actually do, I don't want false answers. But let me hear of your one-of-a-kind hobbies that you really do for a hobby. Thanks.
