The most i've ever won was £207 on a james bond scratchcard! im curious to know if anyone has had a big win because apart from the £207 ive only ever had a few £50 wins and loads of £2.00's.

There's a little lotto craze going on in California right now ($325,000,00 jackpot), and maybe the other states that play Mega Millions. I was just fantasizing about what I'd do with the money lol

Now that some lucky person/people have won $314 million in the latest Powerball lottery and Megamillions is at $325 million, I would like to know how much I (thinking positive here) will have after taxes if I take the lump sum payout on Megamillions? Hey, I'm dreaming but want to dream actual figures!

I've heard it's about 1/4 the actual jackpot as if you take the lump sum payout, it's a little less than half the advertised jackpot and then about 1/3 to 1/2 goes to the IRS with the remainder for you. So with the Megamillions being at $325 million, I'm guessing that I will end up with about $80 million. But keeping such a win in perspective, it would only buy me four trips on a Russian space journey or allow me to leave $12 million each to six pet dogs with change.

i had an email purporting to be from someone at the national lottery headquarters saying my email address had been registered & won in a lucky dip
i havenot been asked for bank details, just name adress etc. has this happened to anyone else? so far i havenot gone any further with this.

they usally know how many people won which store it was bought from right away do they keep track somehow were the wining ticket came from. sounds fishy to me maybe they purposely place the wining ticket at a piticular store.

I moved out to Las Vegas at the end of July and in less than a month , Ive managed to win close to $7000 playing blackjack at about 5 different casinos on the strip. I learned how to count cards in los angeles before I came out from a professional who has been banned from 10 casinos in vegas . Actually his in the griffith book. I would spend 8 hours a day practicing and practicing. It wasnt easy but I finally learned it. I came out here with no job, $20000 in cash , my old car, and alot of fear but hope. I was suppose to look for a job and start a career at a bank but after I saw the money coming in , I just couldnt stop. Its so convenient because the casinos are open 24/7, I could set my own schedule, I am my own boss, quick profits, and tax benefits. I am using the system hes taught me and its working extremely well. I got 2 free show tickets, a junior sweet at the Bellagio, and compt dinners at Harras and Flamingo. I feel I have an advantage . Is this for real or just temporary ?
